Installation

2. Note the position of each fastener to avoid misplacement, then pull the old liner away (take care not to damage adjacent components like the fender trim or brake lines).
3. Cleaning: Wipe the wheel well’s mounting surface with a dry cloth to remove dust, mud, or residual adhesive—ensuring a tight fit for the new assembly.
4. New Assembly Installation: Align 1694553-00-E with the wheel well’s mounting points (ensure the liner’s edges fit snugly against the front bumper and fender). Snap the plastic clips into place (listen for a “click” to confirm security), then hand-tighten the 8mm bolts to avoid cross-threading.
